I. Pawn Term is equal to Fifteen (15) days or a fraction thereof. Interest is 10% per Pawn Term.

II. Due to the nature of depreciation in value of electronic gadgets, the pawner is allowed up to 15 Days to renew or redeem the pawned items after the expiration of 15 Day term (with additional 10% per 15 days, or a fraction thereof).

III. Should the pawner wish to renew the pawned item within 15 days allowable period, the pawner shall pay for the interest of the term lapsed. Renewing of pawned items will only be allowed twice (30 days per renewal  with interest of 10% per Pawn Term).

IV. Should the pawner fail to renew or redeem the pawned item within 15 Days allowable period, it shall be considered abandoned and all the rights of the owner to the units are automatically waived and Juhachi Gadget Pawnshop acquires the right to dispose of the unredeemed items to recover from losses. Juhachi Gadget Pawnshop  is not responsible in reminding due dates.

V. Should the pawner wish to redeem the pawned item after the expiration date, the pawner can do so provided it is allowed by Juhachi Gadget Pawnshop and that the pawner shall pay for the interest of the additional terms lapsed. Provided further that the item is not yet disposed.

VI. Pawned items shall be wrapped securely with the signature of the pawner. Juhachi Gadget Pawnshop shall not be liable to any damages incurred during storage due to fortuitous events.

VII. Authorization Letter and Valid ID of the Pawner is required when Renewing/Redeeming gadget should it be done by a representative. The representative shall be named specifically in the Authorization Letter and shall bring a Valid ID as well.
